Build Strength & Move With confidence.
One on one coaching for women in their 40s, 50s and 60s, with a female personal trainer in Perth, based in Osborne Park.
Is this you?
You know movement could help. You just need someone to guide you.
Maybe your knee plays up on the stairs, or your back and hips ache more than they used to. Maybe it’s been years since you exercised, or you’ve never really known where to start.
The big gyms never felt like your place. You just want to feel capable and steady again.
You’ve heard this before
Everyone tells you to lift heavy.
They’re right. Strength matters.
But nobody explains where to start when you’ve got aches and pains and it’s been years since you trained.
That’s why I meet you where you are, and help you build a body that supports the life you want.
The method
Strength and mobility. You need both.
The fire
Strength
Progressive strength training that helps you feel capable, confident and ready for everyday life.
The flow
Mobility
Movement that keeps your body feeling free, so you can bend, reach and move with confidence every day.
Strength and mobility work together, so your body doesn’t just get stronger, it moves better too.
Meet Alex
Hi, I’m Alex.
I see you as a whole person, not just someone coming in for a workout. Every session starts with where you are that day: your body, your energy, and what’s going on in your week.
From there we build strength, confidence and self-trust, one step at a time.
More about me
Life wins
What you’re really training for
You’ll notice it in the moments that matter.
- Carrying the groceries with ease.
- Getting down on the floor, and back up again.
- Hiking that trail.
- Travelling without worrying whether your body will keep up.
- Saying yes to the things you love.
I call these Life Wins. Because progress isn’t measured by the weight you lift. It’s measured by the life you get to live.
What my clients say
“I had such a great experience with Alex! The sessions were really motivating and Alex made me feel comfortable and encouraged the whole time. I felt pushed to do my best without feeling overwhelmed. Definitely recommend Alex to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating personal trainer.”

How it works
Starting is the easy part.
- 01
A free 15 minute call
No pressure and no pitch. You tell me what’s going on, and if I’m not the right fit I’ll say so.
- 02
Your first session
We take it slow, see how you move, and build a plan from what we find.
- 03
We train, side by side
Every session builds on the last, adjusted as you go.
No lock-in contracts. Cancel whenever you need to. I want you to stay because it’s working, not because you have to.
Questions you’re probably asking
I’ve got a sore knee. Can I still train?
Usually, yes. We work around it and build the strength that supports it. If it’s something you’re seeing a GP or physio about, I’ll work alongside them rather than around them.
I’m not fit enough to start yet.
Nobody is, and that’s the point. You don’t get fit and then start training. You start training and that’s how you get fit. Wherever you’re at right now is where we begin.
Am I too old to start?
No. This is exactly who I train, and starting later means the difference you’ll feel is bigger, not smaller.
What if I can’t keep up?
There’s nothing to keep up with. There’s no class pace and no one else in the room. Your session moves at your speed, and if it’s too much on the day, we change it.
Is it all lifting weights?
No. Every session pairs strength work with stretch and mobility, so you’re building strength and easing stiffness at the same time. The mobility half is not a warm-up, it’s half the work.
It’s been years since I trained. Where do I even start?
Right here, with a conversation. You don’t need a plan or a program before you call. That’s my job, and we’ll work it out together once I know what’s going on with you.
What happens on the free call?
We talk for about fifteen minutes. You tell me what’s going on with your body and what you want out of this, I answer your questions, and we see if we’re a good fit. No pressure and no pitch, and if I’m not the right person for you, I’ll say so.
Where you train
Prime Fit, Osborne Park.
A small, friendly community gym, nothing like the big commercial chains. An easy drive from Karrinyup, Stirling and the surrounding northern suburbs.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.
There’s no pressure to keep up or prove yourself. Fifteen minutes on the phone, and we’ll work out whether this is right for you.
