Who we are

Fire & Flow Movement is a personal training business run by Alex Henriques, based at Prime Fit, Osborne Park, Western Australia. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fire & Flow Movement.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you fill in the enquiry form on this website, that includes your name, mobile number, email address and anything you write in your message.

If you contact us directly by phone, email or social media, we collect the details you share in that conversation so we can respond and, if you go ahead, look after you as a client.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange your free intro call or first session, and provide the training and support you ask for.

We may also use your contact details to follow up about your enquiry or your sessions. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

How we store and share it

Your details are kept securely and are only seen by Alex. We do not share your personal information with third parties except where a service we rely on to run the business (for example, email or scheduling) needs it, or where the law requires us to.

This website is hosted by Vercel, and the enquiry form may pass through their systems when you submit it. We keep your information only for as long as we need it, and remove it when it is no longer required.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we will sort it out.

You are never obliged to give us your details, though we may not be able to answer an enquiry without them.
